Our containers are delivered on either a tilt bed truck or a tilt trailer. After the driver has positioned the container delivery unit, the bed of the unit will tilt and one end of the container will be placed on the ground and then the driver will pull forward allowing the rest of the container to slowly slide off the trailer till it is completely positioned on the ground.
When requesting a container to be delivered we will ask whether the doors of the container should face the cab of the truck or the rear of the trailer. Our drivers typically back into position.
The site at which the container is placed should be level and firm.
